Are you “fit” for business?

So often we focus on business, business, business! But are  you fit for it?

BUSINESS STRESS is a key factor in our health deteriorating,  which in turn affects our business, which in turn adds more  stress to our lives. This is a vicious cycle that needs to be  broken early!

You may read in magazines about starting an exercise  program or even walking for 20 minutes each day, but so  many of us tell ourselves that business is more important  and there’s no time for all that sweating!

What if your doctor told you that you only had 1 month to live and the only way to stop it was to do 20 minutes or more of exercise each day? Would you do it then? Most of us would say yes!

So why wait until such a critical moment to start exercising? Do it now and then you won’t need to visit the doctor for stress related health issues.

You may need to take 30 - 60 minutes out of your business day to exercise, but your health will be better and so will your business!

Another way to help relieve business stress is to take some time out to go to a business networking event. They are fun and interesting, plus you can make new business connections in a relaxed environment.

And remember… Less Stress = Better Business!
