I do agree that income or wage alone is not the way that company should focus to retain the talents. I don't differentiate between women and men in the workplace. However, maternal leaves and other childcare facilities should be taken by the company. I support that the internal environment is the most important one which makes employees work with smile face always. I have read a book about Wal-Mart success. The way they treat their employees with dignity is the right way in doing business. They don't call them as their employees, nor subordinates but associates. This brings a peace of mind what they do is an value added to the organization. They do have regular meeting to have their associates say. Especially, none will be happy to seat in the same desk for years. That can be found there in Wal-Mart.
