“Rules of Engagement” ~ Operation NO SPAM
Well, let’s get down to business.
We make it very clear on our ZaaBiz business networking site, that SPAM and SPAMMERS will not be tolerated and they will have their membership terminated. This is to ensure that all ZaaBiz members can enjoy a social networking community which is SPAM-free and based on prefessional relationships. Our policy is clearly stated in the Terms & Conditions of your ZaaBiz Membership.
So just to recap for those that didn’t read the small print; here are the Rules of Engagement ~ Operation NO SPAM.
What is SPAM?
- It is considered SPAM when you contact numerous other ZaaBiz members with an identical message or near identical message, under the pretense of “making a new business contact”, when there is actually no obvious reason for this contact.
- It is considered SPAM when you contact numerous other ZaaBiz members and try to sell them something. We are not an e-commerce site, we are a business networking site that promotes new business contacts through common links and connections.
- It is considered SPAM when you contact any ZaaBiz member and hassle them to link with you. We are a professional business networking site and we expect our members to act professionally at all times. If you request an “add contact” it is up to the other member to decide whether they wish to be linked to you or not. If they see no apparent business or social benefit then they can discreetly decline. That’s how the whole networking thing works! There must always be a valid reason for requesting an “add contact” and it should be clearly stated in the message you send.
Rules of Engagement ~ Operation NO SPAM
The rules are fairly simple. You Spam? You lose.
By that we mean, if we believe you are SPAMMING or bordering on SPAMMING, we will contact you and issue you with a ZaaBiz WARNING requesting that these activities are to cease forthwith.
If you further violate our NO SPAM policy, your ZaaBiz Membership will be terminated immediately without notice and you will be blocked from our ZaaBiz network.
